We will warm-up with anatomically based investigations. As we tune our senses to the larger forces of gravity, weight, momentum, and the earth, we will develop a kind of listening that brings together physicality and an artistic imagination.
This is a wonderful opportunity to hone your Contact Improvisation skills and to find freedom and fun in your dancing!
All levels are welcome.
