I bring 28 years of experience to my massage/bodywork practice and am fascinated by the new insights and techniques I am learning. My experience includes extensive knowledge in swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Shiatsu, supported stretching, and visceral manipulation. Also a dancer and yogi, I incorporate this intelligence into my bodywork.
Integrative Bodywork facilitates structural and neuromuscular repatterning, relaxation, and overall healing. I have effectively worked with a variety of conditions, in conjunction with a client's medical professionals. If you have a specific injury, chronic pain, or alignment challenge, I address your specific needs and health goals. This work nourishes the body.
