The Bodywork Jam is an environment to learn, to give and receive touch (clothed). There will be guidance and yet this is also an open ended space of exploration. 

The main focus of the guidance is on an underlying level: giving images that promote listening, sensation, breath, and embodying the tissues, systems, and fluids of the body. The influences are Body-Mind Centering®, craniosacral therapy, and somatics. There will be specifics and some sequencing, yet you can follow the guidance or find your own path depending on your and your partner's wishes. 

You do not need previous experience, just a willingness to open to something new. You can find a partner at the event or come with one. Patrick creates a welcoming and safe environment to explore, play and experience the healing power of bodywork. 

Patrick Crowley has been studying bodywork, dance, and yoga for over 30 years and shares an office in the Yoga Sanctuary Healing Arts Suite. He was certified in Eastern and Western bodywork by Sensei Toshiko Phipps, was Nationally Certified in Bodywork in 1993, and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Patrick creates environments of embodiment where people experience the deep states and principles that underlie the techniques they are exploring.
